Saturday, September 27, was my birthday. (I won't divulge my age, however. You can guess at that.) I was fortunate enough to have my Ed home and getting better every day. In addition, I was the winner of the local fire department fund raiser. They called around 6:30 p.m. to let us know that my ticket had been drawn and I was now the proud owner of a new Chevy S10 truck! How much better can a birthday ever get? God has blessed me once again!
